Card & cancellation

A card is required to secure: bookings made 7 or more days in advance; Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch bookings for 5 or more guests.

Your card is saved, not charged.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, or if you do not arrive, a fee applies: €30.00 per guest (Dinner, Lunch), €20.00 per guest (Breakfast, Brunch).

1. Operator Information The website Mokosh.hr and restaurant operations are managed by BRUM BRUM d.o.o., Medvedgradska 56, Zagreb, Croatia (OIB: HR18569886414). Restaurant Location: Slavićeva 44, 21000 Split, Croatia Contact: info@mokosh.hr | +385 (0)21 244 776 2. Reservations & Duration Online reservations are processed through HubKard Bookings. A reservation is legally binding and confirmed once you receive an official email confirmation. Dining time limits vary depending on the chosen service, menu, or experience, and will be displayed during the booking process. 3. Grace Period & Late Arrivals We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you run late, please inform us by phone. Beyond 15 minutes, Mokosh reserves the right to release the table to waiting guests. 4. Cancellations & Card Guarantee Some bookings require a card to secure the table. Your card is saved, not charged, at the time of booking. The exact conditions — when a card is required, the free-cancellation deadline and the fee for a late cancellation or no-show — are listed under "Card & cancellation" on this page and in your confirmation email. You can cancel your booking at any time using the link in your confirmation email. Groups of 11 or more guests: please send a group request through our booking page. Group bookings require a deposit or prepayment; the exact terms are stated in your group offer. 5. Garden Seating & Weather Policy Outdoor garden bookings are subject to weather conditions. Because indoor capacity is limited, we cannot guarantee indoor table transfers in case of rain or poor weather. In the event of severe weather requiring garden closure, our team will notify you as early as possible. 6. Dining Only Mokosh is a restaurant. Reservations are for dining only; we cannot accept reservations for drinks only. 7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance, in your booking or by email. We can adapt many dishes, but Mokosh is not a fully gluten-free kitchen and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Privacy notice

MOKOSH — PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: August 2026 1. Controller & Framework BRUM BRUM d.o.o. acts as the Data Controller responsible for handling personal data collected via Mokosh.hr and HubKard Bookings in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Croatian law. 2. Data Collected & Legal Basis Table Bookings: Name, email, phone number, party size, dietary restrictions, and card authorization details processed via HubKard Bookings (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Performance of a contract). Marketing Communications: Email address provided for newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Explicit consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Website Analytics: IP addresses, browser info, and device details collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Cookie consent). 3. Third-Party Data Sharing We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with trusted data processors operating under strict contractual obligations: HubKard Bookings (reservation processing) Analytics platforms (Google Ireland Ltd., Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) Email and IT system providers 4. Retention & Data Subject Rights Reservation records are retained for 2 years unless extended storage is mandated by legal, tax, or accounting requirements. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights or opt out of marketing, contact info@mokosh.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP – azop.hr).

House rules

Pets: Allowed exclusively in outdoor garden areas. Children & Strollers: Children of all ages are welcome. High chairs are available upon request, and strollers are permitted indoors. Outside Food & Beverages: Strictly prohibited (including birthday cakes and outside wines). Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind (including traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and heated tobacco products such as IQOS) is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Commercial Media & Photography: Any commercial filming, photography, or social media campaign production requires prior notification and explicit written consent from management.
